MEET SEAN BULMAN
Sean Bulman is the owner and designer behind Bulman Designs. Based in the Kamloops area, he works directly with homeowners across the Thompson-Okanagan to turn their ideas into thoughtful, practical homes. With more than 10 years of design experience and over 100 custom homes, Sean brings a personal, collaborative approach from the first conversation to the final drawings.
FROM FIRST IDEAS TO PERMIT PLANS
Start with a conversation about your site, priorities and budget. Concept plans establish the layout and overall direction, followed by design development and 3D review to refine the spaces and exterior. Once the design is settled, detailed permit drawings and coordination with the required consultants prepare the project for its next stage.
